Account Recovery
If you use passkeys, keep at least one fallback sign-in method active (password or wallet).
Recommended Setup
1. Register at least one passkey.
2. Keep password or wallet login enabled as fallback.
3. Periodically verify your passkey devices still work.
If You Lose Your Passkey Device
Use your fallback method first:
1. Sign in with username/password, or
2. Sign in with wallet.
After login, go to Account Security and add a new passkey.
No Passkey and No Fallback
Recovery requires manual admin verification. Prepare your username and proof of account ownership (wallet proof or recent account activity details).
Contact support and request account recovery.
