What we collect

Wallet address (for SIWE login and supplier payouts), username/password if you chose that login, encrypted Venice API keys (AES-256-GCM at rest, decrypted in memory only at job time), and job manifests (model, prompts, parameters, timestamps). We process prompts to run jobs but do not retain them long-term.

What we don't collect

No browser fingerprinting. No third-party advertising trackers. No email pixels. No cross-site tracking. We use first-party telemetry for abuse detection and rate-limiting only.

Who sees your data

DIEMshare staff for support, dispute resolution, and abuse response — every access is logged. We never sell or share data with advertisers. Compliance with lawful subpoenas is described in our transparency report.

Retention

Generated images and videos: deleted 72 hours after you download a result, or after 7 days if you never fetch it (both windows are admin-configurable), then permanently removed. Job metadata (no prompts): 90 days. Encrypted Venice keys: until you delete them. Settlement records: indefinitely on-chain (anyone can read). Wallet activity is on the public Base chain — we cannot delete that.

Your rights

You can manage sign-in methods in Settings → Security and remove stored Venice API keys from your supplier dashboard at any time. To export or erase the rest of your off-chain data, email privacy@diemshare.com — EU/UK/CA users can exercise GDPR/UK-GDPR/CCPA rights including erasure, portability, and access this way. We respond within 30 days. On-chain wallet and settlement activity lives on the public Base chain and cannot be deleted.

Children

Not for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used the service, contact us and we will delete their data.

Questions? privacy@diemshare.com. We read every one.
